Got to my place take the morning pictures 10 minutes later than usual--so sun was bright--love the sunshine cup of cheer each time look at it.

Little Red Lanterns -oh wait seed pods :)
The wild passion vine has put on these seed pods and thought they looked so pretty hanging in a row "like little red lanterns". My cat "Bigfoot" wanted to help as you can see.
Pink---White and Pretty!
The confederate rose is showing its beauty--the blooms are not as big this year --but still very pretty! This is in my yard--the blooms are mixed some are pink some are white with a hint of pink Took these last evening.

Monday's Sun Coming Up
I took these with the auto setting so that is just how orange the sky was to start the day yesterday. How can a Monday be all bad with such a great treat to start the day right lol.

Sunshine On This October Day
I use the sunset setting for the intense colors I like it that way got to my spot I take pictures a little earlier and so sun had not cleared the tree line yet and I like the results.
My Girls
The girls like to sit in this chair in our middle room--this was the only shot of Annie looking at camera. She is the red one, Dolly on the other hand was giving me the "eye" for having camera out. LOL

Friday Oh Yea!!!!!!!
Some weeks you are just more happy for Friday than other weeks--this is two weeks in a row have felt that way. But taking pictures has always added joy to my day--like a recharge to the inner person. And that just has more meaning this past two weeks.

Good Morning South Texas
Bright sunny start to this Tuesday, thought would share. Too bad my morning moods are not this sunny lol. I do appreciate the wonder of the sun coming up and glad am able to enjoy and share. October is a month that has always held a saddness to me but find great comfort in the beauty around me--that along with friends to share the sights with. May this put a perk into your day as you enjoy this sight also.

Miss Lexie
Lexie is growing, her daddy posted that she has a tooth through -- as of yesterday. She is always pretty serious about things. These were taken at Heather's so she was in a new place and new people around except for grandma.

Shrimp boats in harbor after 5 pm
Went again after work to look at tide and had to take some more pictures of the shrimp boats. Nice to see the harbor with them dressing it up.

Took off to harbor to check out the tide and how many shrimp boats were in from the storm-7-29-11 All the boats were a treat to the eyes, the tide was nothing at all. And now as we know "Tropical Storm Don" was a disappointment in bringing us rain.

I never tire of looking at the pelicans. This is not the best shot--but I still like how he was was keeping me under observation--lol no quick moves please.
